40 years in the desert just like you know who......
I began journaling back in the very early '70s and have literally gobs of spiral books filled with all my growing pains. Working at the Bible bookstore I see so many who are discouraged, depressed,downtrodden,etc. thinking they will never get it right with the Lord. Life is a journey of show and tell... sort of like you're constantly in the first grade so to speak...make mistakes, face consequences, learn, repent and grow stronger day by day. One day when you get past the threescore and ten promised us in the Word, you will be a seasoned grower.....fast to see the mistakes....quicker to go to the Lord and absolutely more grateful and in love with the God that cares for us in such marvelous...sometimes difficult... but always loving ways.
